As the Client Experience Manager at Premium Fade League, Mama Kristy ensures every guest receives high-quality care both before and after their service. With a warm, attentive approach, she handles scheduling, client communication, service adjustments, and preorders for any merchandise or products we may release. She keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Her priority is creating a seamless, welcoming, and personal experience from start to finish. Whether it’s confirming appointments, sending reminders, or resolving last-minute needs, Mama Kristy is the steady hand that helps make PFL feel like home.

Master Barber
At the age of 20, Darius foresaw the potential in becoming a barber. His savvy, heightened awareness and good judgment helped him to identify this as a viable business opportunity. Ten years later, Darius focuses on how to transform his passion into a high growth business model by branding a logo, apparel and marketing. His fearlessness fueled him to connect with people and infect them with his passion, energy, and vision for the future. Darius’ networking and barbering skills have helped him gain great clients who are in weekly and bi-weekly rotation for a great haircut experience.
Darius used his perceptive powers to dream and craft his skills and vision to guide him through his entrepreneurial journey. The process to accumulate intelligence and build his network includes his previous and completed studies at Texas State University in Business Administration with minors in Leadership Studies and Mass Communications. His humbleness and charismatic nature has drawing power for attracting potential clients, partners, and helping him to build a world class team. Considered to be a chess player, Darius thinks and acts long-term. He has the tenacity to absorb the bumps of potential setbacks while constantly fire-fighting, improvising, and using every situation as a learning opportunity. His motto for business is “It’s simple.
